The Invoicing module is designed to let you invoice customers with the greatest flexibility and the least effort. TAMS give you a variety of options that produce invoices with the information you want in the way you want it.

Main Features

Picking Document Confirmation - Once the goods have been picked, you can generate an invoice with only a few key strokes. You can confirm that the picking document was shipped or, if any changes or substitutions were made, indicate what was actually shipped and print the invoice.

Invoicing From Open Orders - Sometimes you may not have the time or need to print picking documents. In those situation, TAMS lets you by-pass the allocation process and invoice directly from open orders.

Direct Invoicing - You don't even have to enter orders to create an invoice in TAMS. You can enter the information and directly create an invoice.

Substitution - Since you may occasionally have to substitute, TAMS gives you two options in printing invoices. You can let the customer know you have substituted and print what was actually shipped or you can substitute and print what was originally ordered. In either case, the inventory and all other information is appropriately updated.

Immediate or Batch Printing - You have the option of printing invoices as the information is entered or entering all of the information and printing invoices in a batch. Immediate printing lets you put a terminal and printer at the end of the shipping line and include invoices with the shipments.

Invoice Dating - TAMS lets you put whatever shipping date you want on invoices without affecting your financial records. It even warns you if the shipping date is after the cancellation date of the order and gives you the option of changing the date before the invoice is printed.
