Apparel Management System Management Information

The Management Information module provides management with the critical information they need to run their business. Without having to learn the entire system, they can monitor activity and know exactly what is happening throughout the company.

Main Features

Cut and Sold - TAMS' Cut and Sold Report provides management with information connecting orders, allocation, invoicing, inventory and production in one concise inquiry screen or report. It also shows you available-to-sell by comparing open orders against inventory, inventory plus work-in-process and inventory plus work-in-process plus scheduled production.

Inquiries - The order inquiry screens available in the Order Processing module can also be accessed from the Management Information module. You can see details on any order, picking document or invoice in the system. In addition, you can go directly from your Cut and Sold inquiry to work-in-process inquiry to see the details on each cutting ticket.

Gross Profit - The gross profit reports let you see your gross profit by style and/or customer. It can give you summary information or include invoice detail so that you can see what specific invoices affected profits.

Projected Gross Profit - Not only can you see your gross profit on shipments, but you can also see what your gross profit will be on orders that have not yet been shipped. With this information, you can make better decisions on what to cut and who to ship.

Production Planning - TAMS' production planning report lets you see what has to be produced to fill your orders and when it has to be produced. It compares open orders against inventory on hand and work-in-process to show you your production requirements by time period.
