Main Features

Cutting Authorizations and Tickets - You can enter both cutting authorizations and cutting tickets to track your production. You know what is scheduled to be produced, who is going to do the work and when the finished goods will be ready for shipment.

Cutting Variance - TAMS helps you reduce piece good shrinkage by tracking the variance between what should be cut and what was actually cut. You will have detailed information by style and cutting ticket on which contractors are meeting their commitments and which are not.

Bill of Materials - You can set up a complete bill of materials that shows the piece goods, trim, packaging and labor requirement for each style. When you enter a authorization or cutting ticket you know exactly what materials are required.

Automatic Raw Material Update - With the Bill of Material, raw materials are automatically adjusted when you enter a cutting authorization or cutting ticket. Authorizations automatically commit the required raw materials while cutting tickets automatically reduce raw material inventories.

Material Issue - TAMS handles multiple raw material inventory locations and lets you select which goods to use for which cuttings. When you've decided, it automatically transfers the goods to the contractor doing the work.

Inquiries - TAMS gives you complete on-line inquiry capabilities so that you can see what is happening at each stage of production by pressing a few keys. You can see the status of authorizations, cutting tickets, and raw material availability.
